2.4.6. Hệ thống điện lực phụ trợ
1. hệ thống điện lực phụ trợ chủ yếu bao gồm:
-Bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh (Static Inverter)
-Bộ sạc ác quy
-Ắc quy và bình đựng ác quy
Thuyết minh về các thiết bị trên như sau:
(1) Bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh
A. Mỗi đoàn tàu ít nhất có 2 bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh, các chi tiết thiết kế như công suất, phân phối phụ trải và phương thức cấu hình dự phòng phải nộp để thẩm định.
B. Bất kỳ một bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh nào khi trong trường hợp có sự cố, thì bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh còn lại phải không bị ảnh hưởng, và có thể cứu hộ điện lực cần thiết cho phụ tải.
C. Thiết kế bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh phải phù hợp yêu cầu của IEC60310, IEC 61287, EN50155.
D. Nguyên kiện công suất sử dụng IGBT, hệ thống điều khiển sử dụng kỹ thuật bộ vi xử lý. Điện áp đầu ra của bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh phải ổn áp, để điện áp đầu ra xoay chiều duy trì trong phạm vi 389V±6%, 110V±6%, tần số đầu ra duy trì trong khoảng 60Hz±1Hz.
E. Hiệu suất bộ đổi dòng trạng thái tĩnh ít nhất bằng 90%.
(2) Bộ sạc ác quy
A. Mỗi đoàn tàu ít nhất có 2 bộ thiết bị bộ sạc ác quy, các chi tiết thiết kế như: công suất, phân phối phụ tải và phương thức cấu hình dự phòng phải nộp để thẩm định.
B. Khi bất kỳ một bộ sạc điện ác quy trong trường hợp có sự cố, thì bộ sạc điện ác quy còn lại phải không bị ảnh hưởng, và có thể cứu hộ điện lực cần thiết cho phụ tải.
C. Bộ sạc điện ác quy phải cung cấp nguồn điện hạ áp mà tất cả các thiết bị hạ áp cần, điện áp đầu ra định mức trong khoảng 110VDC±1%.
D. Đối với nhu cầu cấp điện hạ áp, phải căn cứ nhiệt độ môi trường lớn nhất và trong phạm vi điện áp đầu vào, nhà thầu phải cung cấp các chi tiết thiết kế liên quan của bộ sạc điện ác quy (độ lệch lớn nhất của giá trị điện áp đầu ra của bộ sạc ác quy, giá trị đỉnh của sóng, thời gian sạc điện ác quy và tài liệu kiểm chứng, bảng tính thiết kế).
