• Với cách tiếp cận mới xem xét đất đai là một yếu tố nguồn lực sản xuất, Luận án đã xác định 2 nội dung gắn với việc phân tích bình đẳng giới trong tiếp cận đất sản xuất đó là (i) khả năng được sử dụng đất để sản xuất và (ii) việc sử dụng đất sản xuất để thu lợi. Trên cơ sở đó, luận án đã cụ thể hóa nội dung phân tích theo 5 khía cạnh: (1) Khả năng có đất sản xuất; (2) Nguồn gốc đất sản xuất; (3) Được đảm bảo quyền sử dụng đất; (4) Quy mô đất sản xuất sử dụng; (5) Năng suất đất. Trong mỗi khía cạnh, luận án đều đưa ra nội dung và các tiêu chí đánh giá (các nghiên cứu trước chủ yếu xem xét đất với tư cách là tài sản và đánh giá theo 3 khía cạnh, trong đó các khía cạnh đó không được phân nhóm cụ thể theo các nội dung tiếp cận).

• With the new approach of considering the land is a factor of production resources, the thesis has identified 2 content associated with the analysis of gender equality in land production approach that is (i) capable of being used to produce soil and (ii) the use of productive land to profit. On that basis, the thesis was detailed content analysis according to the 5 aspects: (1) the ability to have the land production; (2) the origin of land production; (3) is guaranteed the right to use land; (4) the scale of production land use; (5) the productivity of the land. In every aspect, the thesis are given the content and evaluation criteria (previous studies mainly consider land as property and reviews under the three aspects in which the aspects that are not assigned to specific groups according to the access content).

• With a new approach to consider land as a productive resource factors, the thesis has identified 2 content associated with the analysis of gender equality in access to productive land that is (i) the ability to be used land for production and (ii) the use of land for production for profit. On this basis, specific thesis content analysis 5 aspects: (1) Ability to productive land; (2) The origin of productive land; (3) To ensure the land use rights; (4) Scale productive land use; (5) land productivity. In every aspect, the thesis are given the content and evaluation criteria (previous studies mainly consider land as an asset and evaluated in three aspects, including aspects that are not specific subgroups of content approach).
