Vậy để tránh lãng phí, nên Công ty cần xem xét việc thuê xe liên kết đảm bảo tiến độ hàng cho khách. Về lâu dài và nếu chiến lược thu hút thêm khách hàng tốt đảm bảo sự đồng đều của hàng trong năm thì có thể nghĩ tới phương án đầu tư thêm phương tiện xe đầu kéo. Nhưng với tình trạng của Công ty như hiện nay thì việc lựa chọn Công ty vận tải đối tác vào thời gian hàng hóa bùng nổ là hợp lý hơn.

Hạn chế đến mức có thể việc thuê xe liên kết, đảm bảo khai thác quay vòng tối đa đội vận tải chủ lực của Công ty.
