Ngoại trừ những trường hợp qui định

Ngoại trừ những trường hợp qui định cụ thể trong hợp đồng này , trường hợp bên nào muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn thì phải báo trước cho bên còn lại được biết ít nhất 150 ngày và bồi thường cho bên còn lại 2 năm tiền thuê trại.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Except for the cases stipulated in this contract, the parties to the case would like to terminate the contract before the deadline, they must inform the rest of the party are known for at least 150 days and compensation for the remaining two years rent party camp.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Except the cases specified in this contract, in case either party wishes to terminate the contract before its expiry, it must notify the other party is known at least 150 days, and compensation for the remaining 2 years of cash rent camp.
