Để đảm bảo và nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy, phục vụ, đội ngũ cán bộ, giảng viên của Khoa thường xuyên được lấy ý kiến phản hồi của sinh viên (H12.12.02.03). Cán bộ, giảng viên mới tuyển dụng hoặc chuyển đến đều có đánh giá của Hội đồng tuyển dụng, của đồng nghiệp (H12.12.02.04). Ngoài ra, tất cả cán bộ, giảng viên và chuyên viên đều phải tự đánh giá vào cuối năm học để làm cơ sở cho việc xếp loại cán bộ (H12.12.02.05). Lãnh đạo Khoa tổ chức đánh giá, phân loại cán bộ viên chức vào cuối mỗi năm tài chính (H12.12.02.06). Trên cơ sở các kết quả đánh giá này, Khoa có định hướng tốt hơn cho việc đào tạo, bồi dưỡng và phát triển đội ngũ cán bộ theo chiến lược, quy hoạch và lộ trình, phù hợp với nhu cầu, mục tiêu đã đề ra.
