- Thanh toán hàng kỳ: Nhà thầu sẽ được thanh toán số tiền bằng 90% giá trị tương ứng với khối lượng hoàn thành được nghiệm thu của mỗi kỳ thanh toán (không bao gồm phần phát sinh) trừ tiền tạm ứng theo quy định. Trong quá trình thanh toán, nếu khối lượng của một số công tác lớn hơn khối lượng đính kèm hợp đồng, Nhà thầu sẽ được thanh toán theo đúng khối lượng đính kèm hợp đồng trong đợt đề nghị thanh toán, phần khối lượng lớn hơn sẽ được thanh toán vào đợt thanh toán cuối cùng.
