Qua quá trình rà soát các khoản mục ủy thác đầu tư tại thời điểm 31 tháng 12 năm 2014 của Ngân hàng, chúng tôi nhận thấy Ngân hàng đang ghi nhận một số khoản lãi dự thu của các khoản nợ không được phân loại là nợ đủ tiêu chuẩn và các khoản lãi dự thu đến hạn nhưng chưa thu được với tổng giá trị là 76.561 triệu đồng. Theo Thông tư số 05/2013/TT-BTC về hướng dẫn chế độ tài chính đối với tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài có hiệu lực từ ngày 25 tháng 2 năm 2013, Ngân hàng phải thực hiện thoái các khoản lãi dự thu này.
