ĐIỀU 7 THỜI HẠN HIỆU LỰC, KÉO DÀI VÀ CHẤM DỨT HỢP ĐỒNG
7.1 Hợp đồng có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký đến khi các bên có thỏa thuận chấm dứt hiệu lực;
7.2 Hợp đồng mặc nhiên hết hiệu lực khi hai bên không phát sinh giao dịch với nhau trong thời hạn 01 năm;
7.3 Hai bên có thể thoả thuận chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn nếu xét thấy cần thiết;
7.4 Cộng tác viên có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng ngay khi Nhà cung cấp thực hiện không đúng các điều khoản ghi trong hợp đồng.

ĐIỀU 8 KHÁCH HÀNG VÀ QUAN HỆ VỚI KHÁCH HÀNG
8.1. Khách hàng theo Hợp đồng này là các cá nhân/ tổ chức sử dụng Sản phẩm mà Cộng tác viên giới thiệu tới Nhà cung cấp.

8.2. Sau khi được Cộng tác viên giới thiệu, Nhà cung cấp sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với Khách hàng về việc cung cấp Sản phẩm cho Khách hàng mà không thông qua Cộng tác viên. Vì vậy, các vấn đề hoặc tranh chấp phát sinh giữa Nhà cung cấp và Khách hàng sẽ không liên đới tới Cộng tác viên.


ĐIỀU 9 THỎA THUẬN CỤ THỂ
Thỏa thuận cụ thể sẽ bao gồm:
i. Các nội dung mà trong Hợp đồng này các bên đồng ý sẽ được nêu tại Thỏa thuận cụ thể;
ii. Các điều khoản, điều kiện mà Hợp đồng này không đề cập tới; và/hoặc
iii. Các điều khoản, điệu kiện khác với Hợp đồng này. Trong trường hợp này, nội dung của Thỏa thuận cụ thể sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

ARTICLE 7 TERM OF EFFECTIVE, DURABLE AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
7.1 The contract takes effect from the date of signing until the parties have agreed invalidation;

8.1. Customers under this Agreement are individuals / organizations that use products that collaborators introduced to Supplier.

8.2. After being introduced collaborators, suppliers will work directly with customers about providing products for customers, but not through collaborators. Therefore, problems or disputes which may arise between the Supplier and Customer is not affiliated to a collaborator.


ARTICLE 9 SPECIFIC AGREEMENT
Specific Agreement will include:
i. The content of this Agreement the parties agree will be specifically mentioned in the Agreement;
ii. The terms and conditions of this Agreement which is not mentioned; and / or
iii. The terms and conditions of this Agreement. In this case, the content of the specific agreement will prevail.
