Tổ chức của chúng tôi luôn đồng hành và giúp đỡ người dân ở các vùng có hoàn cảnh khó khăn như:
- hỗ trợ các giống cây trồng, đất canh tác, hỗ trợ chi phí về các vấn đề sinh hoạt.
- cung cấp nước sạch và đảm bảo vệ sinh nông thôn bằng cách giáo dục, hướng dẫn và thay đổi ý thức người dân trong việc vệ sinh môi trường.
- với những nông dân vay vốn ở Viêt Nam, chúng tôi cung cấp một khoản vay vừa đủ để họ có thể mua phân bón, một số người có thể xem đó một bước chuyển, là cơ hội để mua gia súc về nuôi.

- Ngoài ra, tổ chức CARE còn xác định và thử nghiệm nhiều mô hình sinh kế đa dạng và bền vững: trồng chè, chăn nuôi gà, lợn bản địa, và có khả năng hưởng lợi từ những công nghệ mới như bio gas
 nhằm giải quyết các vấn đề về kinh tế và xã hội cho người dân. )
