Khi bên A thông báo thay đổi số lượ

Khi bên A thông báo thay đổi số lượng nhân viên cho bên B, Bên B sẽ tiến hành bảo hiểm cho những người mới tham gia bảo hiểm hoặc hủy bỏ bảo hiểm đối với những người không còn tham gia bảo hiểm. Trong trường hợp có sự kiện bảo hiểm xảy ra với CBNV chưa có tên trong danh sách bảo hiểm thì hợp đồng lao động của Bên A với cá nhân đó sẽ là cơ sở để Bên B xem xét và trả tiền bảo hiểm.

When party A notice changing the number of employees for the party B, Party B shall carry insurance for people new to the insured or to cancel coverage for people who are no longer insured. In case of insurance event happen to EMPLOYEES who HAVE not yet named in the list of the insurance contract the A party with that individual would be the basis for Side B consider and pay a premium.
