Căn cứ vào hợp đồng vay số 2015-12-JSIV ký ngày 03 tháng 12 năm 2015 trong thời gian từ đến Công ty Cổ Phần JSI Vina có phát sinh khoản lãi phải trả cho Ngân Hàng Shinhan Chi Nhánh Hồng Kông. Nhưng trong thời gian này do Công ty Cổ Phần JSI Vina gặp vấn đề trong việc chuẩn bị hồ sơ đăng ký khoản vay của Công ty Cổ Phần JSI Vina với Ngân Hàng Nhà Nước Việt Nam và theo quy định tại Việt Nam thì khi chưa được Ngân Hàng Nhà Nước Việt Nam chấp nhận khoản vay thì Công ty Cổ Phần JSI không thể chi trả khoản lãi đã đến hạn cho Ngân Hàng Shinhan – Chi Nhánh Hồng Kông. Do đó, theo thỏa thuận này Công ty Cổ Phần JSI Vina sẽ nhờ Công ty Jeongsan International chi trả hộ khoản lãi nêu trên cho Ngân Hàng Shinhan Hong Kong. Đến khi việc đăng ký khoản vay của bên C với Ngân Hàng Nhà Nước Việt Nam hoàn tất thủ tục Công ty Cổ Phần JSI Vina sẽ chuyển trả cho Công ty Jeongsan International toàn bộ số tiền đã chi trả hộ.
