Điều 5. Điều khoản thi hành
1. Quy định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày …../…../…… .Việc thay thế, sửa đổi, bổ sung của Quy định này do Tổng Giám đốc quyết định. (
2. Những vấn đề chưa được đề cập đến trong Quy định này sẽ thực hiện theo các quy định khác của pháp luật và của OCB. Trường hợp có nội dung nào trái với quy định của pháp luật thì sẽ hết hiệu lực thi hành.
3. Phó Tổng Giám đốc, Trưởng Phòng Hội sở chính, Giám đốc Chi nhánh, Trưởng Phòng Giao dịch và các đơn vị, cá nhân liên quan có trách nhiệm thi hành Quy định này .
