Bước 2: can thiệp: chia 2 nhóm đối chứng và nhóm can thiệp tại Chợ Gạo
Phương pháp nghiên cứu:

Bước 2: nghiên cứu phân tích can thiệp có đối chứng:
Nhóm 1: khám định kỳ, không can thiệp
Nhóm 2: áp dụng can thiệp, phương pháp, quản lý, chăm sóc theo mô hình xây dựng. Kiểm tra đánh giá định kỳ
Phương pháp chọn mẫu: phương pháp ngẫu nhiên phân tầng phhois hợp phương pháp chọn mẫu ngẫu nhiên đơn và chon mẫu thuận tiện
