Theo ông Nguyễn Quốc Hiệp, Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị GP.Invest - chủ đầu tư Tràng An Complex, với tốc độ xây dựng từ 7 đến 10 ngày/tầng, dự án Tràng An Complex tại Hà Nội đang thi công vượt tiến độ, dự kiến cuối năm nay sẽ bàn giao nhà cho khách hàng, sớm hơn thời hạn đã cam kết với khách hàng từ 1 đến 3 tháng.

Hiện tòa nhà Trường Thành A (CT2A) và tòa Trường Thành B (CT2B) đã xây đến tầng 27 và sẽ cất nóc vào ngày 10/3/2016. Trước đó, tòa Trường An (CT1) đã được cất nóc cũng vượt kế hoạch hơn một tháng.

Chủ đầu tư Tràng An Complex cho biết, hàng ngày, số lượng công nhân của các nhà thầu làm việc tai công trường dự án là 1.050 đến 1.300 công nhân, chia thành các ca làm việc để đảm bảo thi công với tiến độ nhanh nhất.
