Trong thời gian tạm ngừng hoạt động Công ty phải thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩa vụ về thuế, thanh toán các khoản nợ, hoàn thành việc thực hiện hợp đồng đã ký với người lao động, với khách hàng theo quy định của pháp luật hoặc theo thoả thuận

During the pause the operation the company must fulfill obligations regarding taxation, payment of debts, completing the implementation of the contract signed with the workers, with the client as specified by law or according to agreement

During the temporary suspension of operations the company must fully implement the tax obligation, the payment of debts and complete the implementation of contracts signed with employees, customers under the provisions of law or under the deal
