2. Chính sách hủy phòng
Nếu muốn hủy phòng đã đặt ở kháchsạn, quý khách phải liên hệ trực tiếp với khách sạn.
Trong trường hợp quý khách hủy phòng muộn hoặc không hợp lệ, khách sạn sẽ áp dụng mức phí phạt hủy phòng như sau:
- Không tính phí nếu thông báo hủy phòng trước 24 giờ trước ngày Check-in
- Tính 50% tổng tiền phòng nếu thông báo hủy phòng trong vòng từ 12 đến 24 giờ trước ngày Check-in
