Khi mới đi vào hoạt động thì công ty chỉ thu gom các thùng containo cũ , cán ra rồi làm các ống típ trong bàn ghế hay xe đạp. Đến năm 1987 thì công ty mới bắt đầu làm xe lăn cho tới bây giờ. Kho nguyên vật liệu là nơi đầu tiên chúng tôi tham quan. Thì ở đó có rất nhiều các loại ống được phân loại để làm khung xe, rồi nút nhựa, ốc vít, bulon…Phòng thứ hai chúng tôi tham quan là nơi có rất nhiều máy dập để xử lý các nguyên liệu thô với các công đoạn cơ bản như dập, uốn,cắt, mài. Phòng thứ ba là phòng hàn thành các khung.Tiếp đến là phòng lắp ráp và cuối cùng là phòng kiểm tra và đóng gói sản phẩm.
