- Duy trì công nhân trong thời gian làm việc, mọi công nhân không được ra khỏi nhà máy, trừ trường hợp được phép của người có thẩm quyền. ( Nếu được phép phải có giấy ra cổng và có chữ ký của các trưởng bộ phận).
