Nhân viên không chấp hành mệnh lệnh hợp lý và phù hợp với pháp luật lao động, hoặc do thiếu trách nhiệm, lơ là trong khi thi hành nhiệm vụ, dẫn đến gây thiệt hại cho Công ty hoặc các nhân viên khác sẽ bị xử lý kỉ luật tùy theo mức độ thiệt hại hoặc tỉ lệ thương tật của người bị ảnh hưởng
