Những sản phẩm nằm ngoài danh mục, Doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu cần thực hiện đăng ký cấp công văn xác nhận hàng hóa không thuộc danh mục phải xin cấp phép nhập khẩu.

IV. CHI PHÍ
- Dụng cụ y tế : 6.500.000 VNĐ/mặt hàng;
- TTBYT trị giá dưới 1 tỷ đồng : 6.500.000 VNĐ/mặt hàng;
- TTBYT trị từ 1 tỷ đến 3 tỷ đồng : 8.000.000 VNĐ/mặt hàng;
- TTBYT trị giá 3 tỷ đồng : 10.500.000 VNĐ/mặt hàng;
- Phí trên đã bao gồm phí nhà nước, phí dịch vụ;
- Phí trên chưa bao gồm 10% VAT;
Đối với trường hợp thực hiện cho nhiều sản phẩm thiết bị y tế cùng lúc:
- Từ 1 – 3 sản phẩm: 6.500.000 VNĐ/ sản phẩm;
- Từ 4 – 09 sản phẩm: 5.500.000 VNĐ/sản phẩm;
- Từ 10 – 15 sản phẩm: 5.000.000 VNĐ/ sản phẩm;
- Từ 16 – 20 sản phẩm: 4.500.000 VNĐ/ sản phẩm;
- Từ 21 - 45 sản phẩm: 4.000.000 VNĐ/ sản phẩm;
- Từ 46 - 80 sản phẩm: 3.850.000 VNĐ/sản phẩm;
- Từ 81 – 100 sản phẩm: 3.500.000 VNĐ/sản phẩm;
V. THỜI GIAN THỰC HIỆN
Trong vòng 02 tháng kể từ ngày nộp hồ sơ, sau khi đã tư vấn và lập đầy đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ;
VI. PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN:
Việc thanh toán được chia làm hai lần:
- Lần 01: 50% giá trị Hợp đồng (Ngay sau khi ký);
- Lần 02: 50% giá trị Hợp đồng (Sau khi nhận kết quả cuối cùng);
