- Tiếp nhận và quản lý công trình theo thông báo của Bên A.
- Bên B sẽ dựng lại bản vẽ 3D để Bên A xác nhận trước khi ký hợp đồng và sản xuất.
- Tổ chức gia công đúng thiết kế đã được Bên A duyệt hoặc xác nhận theo nội dung công việc và chất lượng qui định tại Điều 1 Hợp đồng. Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng và thẩm mỹ, trình tự công trình của phần việc do Bên B thực hiện. Nếu không đạt yêu cầu, Bên B có nghĩa vụ khắc phục hoàn thiện lại ngay khi nhận thông báo của Bên A.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-To receive and manage the work of A Party.-Side B will reconstructed 3D drawings to party A confirmation before signing the contract and the production.-Organization of work in the right side of the design was A browser or confirmed by job content and quality defined in article 1 of the contract. Responsible for quality and aesthetics, the sequence of the part due to Side B done. If unsatisfactory, party B has the obligation to fix the complete back immediately upon notification of A Party.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Receiving and managing works as notified by Party A.
- Party B will reconstruct 3D drawings to Party A for confirmation before contracting and production.
- To properly design process that Party A approval or certification according to work content and quality defined in Article 1 of the Contract. Responsible for quality and aesthetics, construction sequence of the work performed by Party B. If unsatisfactory, Party B is obliged perfect remedy as soon as receive notifications of Party A.
