Trong trường hợp nhà xưởng cho thuê bị ẩm mốc hoặc không an toàn, có nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến hang hóa mà Bên B lưu trữ hoặc ảnh hưởng đến sự an toàn của Nhân viên Bên B, Bên B có quyền cấm dứt Hợp Đồng trước thời hạn và sẽ thông báo cho Bên A trước mười lăm (15) ngày. Trong trường hợp này, Bên A có nghĩa vụ hoàn trả lại toàn bộ tiền đặt cọc theo Điều 5 cho Bên B.
