Nhận thức đúng đắn của đội ngũ giáo viên bộ môn ở trường Trung học phổ thông về hoạt động hướng nghiệp là yếu tố quan trọng để thúc đẩy hoạt động hướng nghiệp diễn ra một cách hiệu quả, đúng mục tiêu. Bài viết phân tích thực trạng nhận thức của đội ngũ giáo viên bộ môn ở trường Trung học phổ thông tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về hoạt động hướng nghiệp. Kết quả cho thấy có tới 72.1% giáo viên bộ môn tự đánh giá về năng lực hướng nghiệp của mình thông qua mặt nhận thức ở mức độ trung bình trở xuống chứng tỏ giáo viên bộ môn vẫn chưa có những nhận thức đúng đắn, rõ ràng về hoạt động hướng nghiệp ở trường Trung học phổ thông
