Thực hiện tăng lương tối thiểu vùng mới từ ngày 01/01/2014 theo Nghị định 182/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 14/11/2013 của Chính phủ, phần lớn các doanh nghiệp đã chủ động phối hợp với Công đoàn cơ sở xây dựng kế hoạch điều chỉnh tiền lương tối thiểu vùng, nâng bậc lương định kỳ và sớm công bố cho người lao động. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn một số doanh nghiệp chậm công bố điều chỉnh tiền lương tối thiểu mới dẫn đến tranh chấp lao động tập thể, ngừng việc, ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động sản xuất và an ninh trật tự trong KCX – KCN
