Trong mọi trường hợp, nếu Bên Bán giao Hàng Hoá không đúng chủng loại, chất lượng, đóng gói, xuất xứ v.v.như thoả thuận tại Hợp Đồng này, Bên Mua còn có quyền: (i) từ chối nhận Hàng Hóa và mọi chi phí phát sinh của cả hai bên do việc Bên Mua từ chối nhận Hàng Hóa sẽ do Bên Bán chịu hoặc (ii) yêu cầu Bên Bán phải đổi lại Hàng Hoá theo đúng thỏa thuận trong vòng 5-10 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày Bên Mua phát hiện ra sai sót về Hàng Hóa.
