Đầu ra 1.3 Nâng cao năng lực của NMT về quản lý doanh nghiệp và quản lý nông trại:
Hiện nay công tác quản lý trang trại và doanh nghiệp của NMT chưa đạt hiệu quả cao và khó có thể quản lý một cách có hiệu quả được khi mở rộng Công ty để đảm nhận nhiều hoạt động kinh doanh khác trong tương lai. Để khắc phục nhược điểm này, Giám đốc Công ty sẽ tham gia lớp tập huấn về công tác quản lý doanh nghiệp. Bên canh đó, các phần mềm quản lý doanh nghiệp và quản lý nông trại sẽ được trang bị và NMT sẽ sử dụng hàng ngày trong công tác quản lý của Công ty mình.

To overcome this drawback, Director of the Company will participate in training courses on business management. Besides, the enterprise management software and manage the farm will be equipped and NMT will use daily in the management of his company.
