Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng dự án p

Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng dự án phải tuân thủ chặt chẽ yêu cầu chất lượng, tiêu chuẩn của dự án cũng như chất lượng, tiêu chuẩn của nhà thầu. Qua đó việc quản lý chất lượng cần được thực hiện chặt chẽ như sau:
- Kế hoạch quản lý chất lượng dự án (PQP – Project Quality Plan) bao gồm:
o Kiểm soát chất lượng thi công các hạng mục và vật tư dự án: Kế hoạch nghiệm thu và thí nghiệm (ITP – Inspection & Testing Plan)
o Kiểm soát thiết kế (Design control)
o Kiểm soát nhân lực (Human resource management)
o Kiểm soát MMTB (Equipment control)
o Kiểm soát nhà cung cấp (Supplier control)
o Kiểm soát thầu phụ (Subcontractor control)
o Kiểm soát tài liệu và hồ sơ (Documnents & Records control)
o Cơ chế phòng ngừa và hành động sửa sai (Preventive and Corrctive Actions)

The quality management system, the project must comply with the strict quality requirements, as well as the project's standards of quality, standards of contractors. Through which the quality management should be taken strictly as follows:-Quality management plan project (PQP-Project Quality Plan) include: o quality control items and materials: the trials and experimental plan (ITP-Inspection & Testing Plan)o control design (Design control)o control personnel (Human resource management)o control the MMTB (Equipment control)o control the supplier (Supplier control)o control sub-contractors (Subcontractor control)o control of documents and records (Documnents & Records control)o preventive mechanisms and corrective action (Preventive and Corrctive Actions)
