Do chúng tôi kinh doanh theo hình thức quán nước uống nhỏ nhưng vẫn chưa có mặt bằng nên phải bỏ ra một phần lớn vốn là 7 triệu đồng, để mướn mặt bằng trên đường thống nhất quận Tân Phú. Mặt bằng chúng tôi hướng tới có được chỗ đủ rộng để giữ xe cho khách. Vì quán có đầu tư thêm máy lạnh nên chi phí phát sinh mỗi tháng của quán sẽ tăng lên chừng 3 triệu rưỡi( bao gồm cả tiền nước).
Về phần nhân viên, chúng tôi dự tính thuê 4 nhân viên làm theo ca( sáng: 8h đến 2h, chiều: 2h đến 8h), với mức lương đưa ra là 12000 vnd/1 giờ ( 2160000 vnd/ 1 tháng) và 1 người quản lý sẽ làm toàn thời gian với mức lương 15000 vnd/1 giờ ( 5400000 vnd/ 1 tháng). Vì như chúng tôi đã nói trên, như cầu về thức uống của người dân rất cao nên chúng tôi sẽ mở 30 ngày 1 tháng.
Tổng cộng số tiền cần để trả cho các việc trên là 24540000 vnd. Vì chúng tôi mở quán cà phê nên việc chịu lỗ những tháng đầu sẽ xảy ra. Chúng tôi đã dự trù trong vòng 3 tháng đầu sẽ chịu lỗ cho nên số tiền cần có để mở quán là 75020000 vnd.
