- Thay mặt cho Bên ủy Quyền trong việc liên hệ với các địa điểm, mặt bằng.
- Bên Nhận Ủy Quyền có trách nhiệm tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật trong quá trình thực hiện việc được ủy quyền và giải quyết mọi khiếu nại hoặc yêu cầu của cơ quan hữu quan liên quan và người tham gia chương trình, nếu có.

- Bên nhận Ủy quyền không được ủy quyền lại.
