- Việc xem xét hợp đồng phải đảm bảo sự tham gia của tất cả các bộ phận liên quan, chẳng hạn như bộ phận vật tư, kỹ thuật, hành chính, an toàn v.v…
- Kết quả của việc xem xét sẽ được lưu hồ sơ.
