Tôi là một người thụ động, luôn làm việc một mình và tôi cảm thấy khó khăn khi làm việc nhóm. Nhưng để trở thành nhà lãnh đạo, bạn phải biết làm việc theo đội, nhóm, và đó là khó khăn đầu tiên tôi gặp phải. Để khắc phục vấn đề này, tôi lập kế hoạch cho bản thân mình, tôi tham gia vào các hoạt động đội nhóm nhiều hơn, quan hệ rộng hơn, cởi mở hơn và tiếp nhận ý kiến của thành viên trong nhóm.
