8. Yêu cầu về đánh giá tác động môi trường:
– Đánh giá tác động môi trường đô thị trước, trong khi xây dựng và sau khi hoàn thành xây dựng đô thị theo quy định tại Nghị định 37/2010/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ ngày 07/04/2010. Đề xuất các biện pháp bảo vệ, giảm thiểu các ảnh hưởng xấu đến môi trường:
– Đánh giá hiện trạng môi trường về điều kiện địa hình; các vấn đề xã hội, văn hoá, cảnh quan thiên nhiên;
– Phân tích, dự báo những tác động tích cực và tiêu cực ảnh hưởng đến môi trường; đề xuất hệ thống các tiêu chí bảo vệ môi trường để đưa ra các giải pháp quy hoạch không gian, kiến trúc và hạ tầng kỹ thuật tối ưu cho khu vực quy hoạch;
– Đề ra các giải pháp cụ thể giảm thiểu, khắc phục tác động đến môi trường đô thị khi triển khai thực hiện quy hoạch;
– Lập kế hoạch giám sát môi trường về kỹ thuật, quản lý và quan trắc môi trường.

Requirements for environmental impact assessment:-Environmental impact assessment of the town before, during construction and after completion of the construction of the municipality under the provisions of Decree No. 37/2010/ND-CP of the Government on 07/04/2010. Proposed measures to protect, mitigate the adverse effects on the environment:-Reviews the current state of the environment on the condition of the terrain; social issues, culture, natural scenery;-Analysis, predicts the positive and negative impacts that affect the environment; the proposed system of environmental protection criteria to give the space planning, solution architecture and technical infrastructure for the planning area; -Devising specific solutions minimize, remedy the environmental impacts of municipalities when implementing the master plan;-Environmental monitoring plan of engineering, management and environmental monitoring.

- Assess the impact of urban environment before, during construction and after completion of urban construction as stipulated in Decree 37/2010 / ND-CP of government dated 07/04/2010. Recommended protective measures to minimize the adverse impacts on the environment:
- Assessing the environmental status of terrain conditions; social issues, cultural and natural landscape;
- Analyze and forecast positive effects and the negative impact on the environment; proposed system of environmental protection criteria in order to make space planning solution, architecture and technical infrastructure for optimal planning areas;
