- W1: Chất lượng que hàn chưa đồng đều, thời gian sản xuất còn kéo dài: Qua nghiên cứu thực tế ở phần trước, chúng ta nhận thấy chất lượng que hàn của Công ty chưa đáp ứng hết yêu cầu của khách hàng, vẫn còn những khiếm khuyết về chất lượng sản phẩm, khách hàng chỉ đánh giá ở mức trung bình khá. Bên cạnh đó thời gian sản xuất còn kéo dài do sản xuất luôn thiếu đồng bộ làm kéo dài thời gian giao hàng và gia tăng tồn kho, đây cũng là một trong những yếu kém nhất của các đơn vị quốc doanh ở Việt Nam hiện nay.
- W2: Công nghệ sản xuất và trang thiết bị còn lạc hậu: Mặc dù là những đơn vị hàng đầu Việt Nam về sản xuất kinh doanh que hàn, tuy nhiên công nghệ sản xuất vẫn còn rất lạc hậu, hầu hết máy móc thiết bị đã cũ kỹ, lạc hậu rất cần được đầu tư nâng cấp.
- W3: Nguồn lực tài chính còn eo hẹp: chưa đáp ứng được nhu cầu sản xuất kinh doanh: Hiện nay vốn điều lệ của Công ty TNHH TM KIM TÍN là 69 tỷ đồng (thời điểm định giá chuyển sang hóa năm 2007). So với qui mô doanh thu hàng năm thì số vốn này quá ít ỏi, không thể đáp ứng được nhu cầu sản xuất kinh doanh. Thực tế trong những năm qua doanh nghiệp đều nhờ vào nguồn vốn vay từ ngân hàng, giá trị vay khá cao so với tài sản doanh nghiệp. Chính vì vậy đã làm giảm hiệu quả kinh doanh.
- W4: Khả năng quản lý còn yếu kém: Đây là một yếu kém nhất của Công ty hiện nay, chính sự quản lý yếu kém đã dẫn đến giá thành sản xuất cao, tồn kho nhiều và kinh doanh không có hiệu qủa cao như mong đợi.
