• Đối với hàng hóa mà Fluidra Việt Nam mua trong nước, Fluidra Việt Nam sẽ thực hiện quyền phân phối bằng cách chuyển giao hàng trực tiếp từ đơn vị sản xuất mà Fluidra Việt Nam đã đặt hàng đến địa điểm theo thỏa thuận cho Khách hàng. Fluidra Việt Nam sẽ hạn chế đến mức tối đa việc lưu giữ hàng hóa tại kho bãi của Fluidra Việt Nam và/hoặc kho bãi mà Fluidra Việt Nam thuê mà sẽ tiến hành chuyển giao ngay hàng hóa đến các địa điểm của Khách hàng theo đơn đặt hàng, hợp đồng một cách triệt để và nhanh chóng. Theo đó, Fluidra Việt Nam sẽ không thành lập bất kỳ cơ sở phân phối nào.

Accordingly, Fluidra Vietnam will not establish any distribution facility.
