Trường hợp Bên A không ký Hợp Đồng Thuê trong thời hạn nêu trên, Bên B được quyền coi như Bên A từ chối cho Bên B thuê. Trong trường hợp này, Bên A phải bồi thường cho Bên B toàn bộ tiền đầu tư và các chi phí có liên quan khác
