Điều 12: Hợp đồng này sẽ chấm dứt t

Điều 12: Hợp đồng này sẽ chấm dứt trong các trường hợp sau:
12.1. Hai bên đồng ý chấm dứt hợp đồng bằng văn bản. Trong trường hợp này, hai bên sẽ thỏa thuận các điều kiện và thời hạn chấm dứt.
12.2. Bên mua chậm trễ thanh toán tiền mua nhà theo thỏa thuận tại Điều 2, Điều 6 và Điều 7 của hợp đồng này.
12.3. Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu bên B đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng, bên B phải bồi thường mọi phí tổn liên quan, tương ứng bằng 5% tổng giá trị hợp đồng. Đồng thời bên A chỉ hoàn lại số tiền cho bên B khi đã bán được căn hộ do bên B trả lại.
