22.2.4. Thanh toán khi xảy ra sự kiện bất khả kháng:
a. Sự kiện bất khả kháng do yêu tố tự nhiên do cơ quan, tổ chức, doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm bồi thường, chi trả cho Nhà đầu tư theo hợp đồng bảo hiểm mà Nhà đầu tư đã ký kết với cơ quan bảo hiểm.
b. Nhà đầu tư có trách nhiệm chuyển giao Công trình Dự án sau khi Hợp đồng được chấm dứt và các Bên thống nhất được việc thanh toán Hợp đồng.
c. Các trường hợp khác (nếu có) theo quy định của Hợp đồng hoặc theo thỏa thuận đạt được giữa Các Bên.

22.2.4. payment when unforeseen events occur:a. unforeseen events caused by natural factors due to the Agency, organization, the insurer pays compensation to investors under a contract of insurance that the investor has signed with an insurance agency.b. the investor is responsible for transferring the projects after the contract was terminated and the party unity was the payment of the contract.c. other circumstances (if any) prescribed by the contract or according to the agreement reached between the parties.

22.2.4. Payment upon the occurrence of unforeseen events:
a. Majeure event due to natural factors by agencies, organizations, indemnity insurers, paid to the investors under insurance contracts that investors have signed with insurance agencies.
B. Investors are responsible for transferring works project after the contract is terminated and the parties agreed on the payment of the contract.
C. Other cases (if any) under the provisions of the contract or agreement reached between the Parties.
