Trường hợp vi phạm các thỏa thuận về bảo mật gây thiệt hại thì Bên vi phạm có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho Bên kia mọi thiệt hại phát sinh theo thiệt hại thực tế

Violations of the agreement on the security damage then the offending Party has the responsibility to compensate the other party for all damages incurred by actual damage

In case of violating the confidentiality agreement on causing damage, breaching party shall have to compensate the other party for any damage arising from the actual damage
