ÑIEÀU 4: TRAÙCH NHIEÄM CUÛA MOÃI BEÂN
4.1. Traùch nhieäm cuûa beân A:
4.1.1. Ñaûm baûo chaát löôïng haøng theo tieâu chuaån cuûa ngaønh xaêng daàu Vieät Nam.
4.1.2. Laäp hoaù ñôn (GTGT) hôïp leä cho beân B.
4.1.3. Coù traùch nhieäm thanh lyù hôïp ñoàng kinh teá khi keát thuùc.




4.2. Traùch nhieäm cuûa beân B:
4.2.1. Thöïc hieän thanh toaùn tieàn haøng cho beân A theo ñuùng ñieàu 3 cuûa hôïp ñoàng naøy.
4.2.2 Vieäc giao nhaän xaêng daàu phaûi ñöôïc tuaân thuû vaø thöïc hieän ñuùng theo quy ñònh hieän haønh cuûa nhaø nöôùc veà an toaøn PCCC vaø veä sinh moâi tröôøng...
4.2.3. Phoái hôïp cuøng beân A giao nhaän nhanh choùng vaø an toaøn.

ÑIEÀU 5: THÔØI ÑIEÅM CHUYEÅN QUYEÀN SÔÛ HÖÕU VAØ RUÛI RO VEÀ HAØNG HOAÙ.
