Nhiệm vụ:
- Nắm bắt và hiểu rõ các thông tin liên quan đến sản phẩm hiện có của công ty
- Tìm kiếm các khách hàng mới thông qua đăng tin sản phẩm lên các trang web bất động sản, gọi điện thoại, gửi email đến các khách hàng mới
- Cung cấp các thông tin và giải đáp các thắc mắc cho khách hàng về sản phẩm
- Chăm sóc các khách hàng cũ và mới

 Nhân viên kinh doanh: tại Showroom của công ty TNHH XD-TM Sài Gòn- Quận 7 và Quận 2
(Công ty chuyên về thiết bị phòng tắm với sản phẩm nhập khẩu từ Mỹ)
Nhiệm vụ:
- Nắm bắt thông tin về sản phẩm về cách sử dụng cũng như công dụng sản phẩm, tìm hiểu các thông tin các công ty đang cạnh tranh với công ty để tăng lượng thông tin cần thiết và phù hợp để thuyết phục khách hàng hơn.
- Tư vấn và bán hàng tại showroom khi khách hàng đến
- Làm báo giá về những sản phẩm khách hàng đã lựa chọn.
- Giúp khách hàng chốt đơn hàng với mức chi phí làm khách hàng hài lòng.
- Liên hệ thời gian giao hàng và lắp đặt hợp lý theo yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Gửi email và thư ngỏ đến các khách hàng mới
- Chăm sóc các khách hàng cũ
- Lưu thông tin và báo cáo bán hàng (kết quả lượng khách hàng đến hàng tuần, hàng tháng, các đơn hàng thành công….)
 Rèn luyện kỹ năng xử lý tình huống, tạo mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
