2.3. Bên B tạo điều kiện cho Bên A hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ của mình và tôn trọng danh dự phẩm giá con người của cán bộ, nhân viên Bên A.

2.4. Khi có tình huống cấp thiết mà Bên A thấy cần phải điều động thêm người và phương tiện để xử lý các sự cố xảy ra thì Bên B hỗ trợ cho Bên A với khả năng tốt nhất.

2.5. Cung cấp đầy đủ cơ sở vật chất cho Bên A trong quá trình làm việc (phòng làm việc, điện thoại, bàn, tủ).
