Hơn nữa để dễ dàng hơn trong khi biên dịch, bản thân cũng không ngừng học hỏi và trao dồi vốn từ vựng về nhiều lĩnh vực chuyên ngành khác nhau, tích lũy vốn kiến thức cơ bản để dịch tốt hơn và chuẩn xác hơn. Khi dịch thì phải hiểu rõ ngữ cảnh của văn bản, dịch thoáng và đúng theo ngôn ngữ Tiếng Việt hay Tiếng Anh, không nên bám sát, dịch từng từ gây khó hiểu và thiếu mạch lạc. Hơn nữa, sau khi dịch phải kiểm tra lại nhiều lần để có những chỉnh sửa phù hợp giúp cho văn bản dịch đạt yêu cầu.
