Bạn học giỏi chuyên môn, nhưng chưa chắc bạn có thể thích ứng nhanh với công việc hay sự thay đổi về “môi trường” cuộc sống. Bạn có thành tích học tập mà ai nhìn vào cũng thật đáng nể nhưng chưa chắc đã có được cảm tình với nhà tuyển dụng, đó là bạn đã thiếu một yếu tố quan trong đó là kỹ năng mềm.
