•• Mô tả công việc: Đón tiếp và tư vẫn cho khách hàng những kiến thức cần biết về điện thoại, điện tử và điện lạnh. Mô tả giới thiệu cho khách hàng về những tính năng, công dụng, cấu hình và thông số kỹ thuật của điện thoại. Giới thiệu về các sản phẩm điện thoại hiện có. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cài đặt cho điện thoại(hệ điều hành, ứng dụng…). Tư vấn kỹ thuật về mảng điện lạnh bao gồm điều hòa, máy giặt, tủ lạnh. Giúp khách hàng nắm rõ các thông số cũng như chức năng của sản phẩm, hướng dẫn sử dụng cho khách hàng. Thường xuyên cập nhật thông tin mới về các sản phẩm (tính năng, công dụng, mẫu mã, thông số kỹ thuật….). Hỗ trợ mảng điện tử trong lĩnh vực ti vi. Giới thiệu đến khách hàng những sản phẩm mới nhất, cung cấp thông tin về sản phẩm đến với khách hàng.
• Kinh nghiệm: Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán thuyết phục tốt. Cách tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng. Kỹ năng để khách hàng tin tưởng và sử dụng dịch vụ của công ty. Nắm vững thông tin kỹ thuật về các mảng Điện thoại, Điện lạnh và điện tử. Tích lũy được nhiều kinh nghiệm cũng như hiểu biết trong lĩnh vực điện thoại, điện lanh.. Khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc nhóm tốt.
