Nhiều công trình đã được hợp tác hỗ trợ như nhà máy xi măng Hải Phòng, mỏ than Anthracite Khe Chàm...; nhiều sản phẩm đã từng được nhập vào và khá quen biết ở nước ta như đầu máy Diezel, toa xe trong ngành đường sắt, xe tải nặng Roman, sản phẩm hoá dược, thép chế tạo và máy công cụ. Về hợp tác thương mại, tổng kim ngạch trao đổi thương mại Việt Nam- Rumani tăng trưởng nhanh, riêng năm 2014 bắt đầu đạt mốc 150 triệu USD, trong đó giá trị xuất khẩu của Việt nam sang Rumani chiếm tỷ lệ khoảng 2/3. Riêng năm 2015, tổng kim ngạch giữa hai nước đạt 170 triệu USD, trong đó VN xuất khẩu khoảng 102 triệu USD. Tuy nhiên, kết quả này vẫn còn rất khiêm tốn so với tiềm năng dồi dào giữa hai nước cũng như tình hữu nghị bền vững, gắn bó trong suốt thời gian qua giữa hai quốc gia. Vì vậy, trong thời gian tới chính phủ hai nước cần tập trung đẩy mạnh quan hệ ở các lĩnh vực có nhiều triển vọng và hiệu quả, đồng thời tăng cường trao đổi giữa hai bên trong khuôn khổ các diễn đàn đa phương, trao đổi các đoàn đại biểu cấp cao cũng như giữa cộng đồng doanh nghiệp và các bộ ngành để tìm ra những hướng đi mới trong quan hệ giữa hai nước.

Vừa qua, cuộc họp giữa Ủy ban liên Chính phủ Việt Nam cũng đã được tổ chức thành công tốt đẹp tại Hà Nội với nhiều đề xuất kiến nghị để nâng cao hơn nữa quan hệ hợp tác nhiều mặt giữa hai nước. Tôi đề nghị các bộ ngành liên quan sớm triển khai những kết quả đã đạt được tại cuộc họp để cộng đồng doanh nghiệp nói riêng và nhân dân hai nước nói chung có thể cùng chia sẻ những thành tựu mới trong quan hệ giữa Việt Nam và Rumani.
Cũng nhân dịp này, tôi đề nghị Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp hai nước phát huy tính chủ động, sự sáng tạo làm tốt nhiệm vụ xúc tiến thương mại tạo điều kiện thuận lợi nhất cho Doanh nghiệp Việt Nam và Rumani kết nối kinh doanh, đầu tư thành công.
Sự hợp tác thành công của từng doanh nghiệp và của cả cộng đồng doanh nghiệp hai nước sẽ góp phần đưa quan hệ Việt Nam - Rumani đi vào chiều sâu, thực chất, hiệu quả và phát triển bền vững.

However, this result is still very modest compared with the abundant potential between the two countries as well as sustainable friendship, stick in the past between the two countries. So, the next time the two Governments need to focus to promote relations in many fields and the effect, while enhancing exchanges between the two sides within the framework of the multilateral forum, exchanging high-level delegation as well as between the business community and the industry to find out what the new trend of relations between the two countries.Recently, a meeting between the Intergovernmental Committee in Vietnam also has been held successfully in Hanoi with many suggestions to further enhance cooperation between the two countries. I suggest that the relevant ministries soon implement the results achieved at the meeting to the business community in particular and people in General can share the new achievements in the relations between Vietnam and Romania.Also on this occasion, I suggest that the Chamber of Commerce and industry of the two countries to promote the initiative, the creation of good trade promotion mission to create the most favorable conditions for business to Vietnam and Romania business connection, a successful investment.The successful cooperation of each business and business communities of the two countries will contribute to bringing Vietnam-Romania relations go in-depth, substantive, effective and sustainable development.
