• Tham mưu, tư vấn cho Giám đốc chi

• Tham mưu, tư vấn cho Giám đốc chi nhánh trong việc xây dựng, triển khai, quản lý và hoàn thiện các chính sách tín dụng, công cụ để thực hiện công tác tín dụng tại đơn vị;
• Chỉ đạo triển khai hoạt động tìm kiếm, khai thác, phát triển nguồn khách hàng mới, nâng cao chất lượng phục vụ khách hàng;
• Thẩm định và chịu trách nhiệm đối với các hồ sơ tín dụng theo quy định của Vietinbank;
• Phân tích và cảnh báo những rủi ro hiện hữu và tiềm ẩn có thể ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động tín dụng của ngân hàng;
• Tổ chức đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên trong nghiệp vụ và chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, đào tạo nhân viên và phát triển đội ngũ kế cận;
• Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Ban lãnh đạo chi nhánh.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

• Counsels, advises the Director of the branch in the build, deploy, manage, and improve the credit policy, tools to make credit work in the unit; • Directing the search operation, the deployment of extraction, the new client resource development, enhance the quality of customer service; • Assess and take responsibility for the credit under the provisions of Vietinbank; • Analyze and warn of the risks of existing potential and can affect the credit activity of the Bank; • Organization of training, guidance and professional staff responsible for management, staff training and development team design approach; • Other duties as assigned by the branch leadership.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

• Consult and advise Branch Manager in building, deploying, managing and improving credit policies, tools to perform work at the unit credit;
• Directing the activities search, exploitation and development of new customers, enhance customer service quality;
• Evaluating and is responsible for the credit profile under the provisions of Vietinbank;
• Analyze the risks and warning existing and potential risks could affect the credit operations of banks;
• to organize the training, guidance and professional staff in the responsible management, staff training and team development nearby ;
• other duties as assigned by the branch leaders.
