Hiệp định nông nghiệp điều chỉnh ba

Hiệp định nông nghiệp điều chỉnh ba nội dung chính: Tiếp cận thị trường (Điều 4); cam kết về hỗ trợ trong nước (Điều 6) và cam kết về trợ cấp xuất khẩu (Điều 9).
Thứ nhất, tiếp cận thị trường: Đây là nội dung nhằm cắt giảm và loại bỏ hàng rào phi thuế theo nguyên tắc chỉ bảo hộ bằng thuế.
Thứ hai, hỗ trợ trong nước: bao gồm các khoản hỗ trợ chung cho nông nghiệp, cho sản phẩm hoặc vùng cụ thể, không tính đến yếu tố xuất khẩu. Các cam kết cắt giảm mức hỗ trợ trong nước làm bóp méo thương mại được thể hiện ở mức tổng các biện pháp hỗ trợ gộp hay các mức cam kết ràng buộc hàng năm và cuối cùng (AMS).
