Do là một doanh nghiệp có vốn chủ sở hữu nhỏ, lượng dự án đầu tư nhiều, cần nguồn vốn dài hạn lớn, vì vậy bên cạnh việc tăng cường khai thác các dự án vừa và nhỏ, an toàn đầu ra để tích lũy doanh thu lợi nhuận ngắn hạn, TIG đang có kế hoạch tăng nhanh vốn điều lệ, vốn chủ sở hữu để phục vụ chiến lược đầu tư phát triển các dự án lớn, dài hạn đảm bảo an toàn và cân bằng dòng tiền, hạn chế tối đa dùng nguồn vốn ngắn hạn đầu tư dài hạn dàn trải.
