Nguyễn Thúy Hiền là 1 cựu vận động viên wushu nổi tiếng của thể thao Việt Nam . Cô sinh năm 1979 tại Gia Lâm Hà Nội ,trong một gia đình có truyền thống về thể thao, bố cô là một cựu cầu thủ bóng đá của đội Sông Lam Nghệ An , còn chị cô là Nguyễn Thúy Vinh sinh năm 1977 cũng đã từng là tuyển thủ quốc gia ở môn Cầu mây.
Năm 1993 khi mới 14 tuổi , Nguyễn Thúy Hiền đã trở thành vận động viên Việt Nam đầu tiên giành huy chương vàng tại một giải vô địch thế giới (Giải vô địch Wushu thế giới tổ chức tại Malaysia). Sáu năm liền Thúy Hiền có mặt trong danh sach 10 vận động viên xuất sắc nhất của Việt Nam trong các năm 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001. Sau đó cô luôn giữ vững vị trí là vận động viên wushu hàng đầu của Việt Nam và châu lục tại nội dung taolu cho đến khi nghỉ thi đấu năm 2005. Hiện nay cô là huấn luyện viên và trọng tài môn Wushu cho Sở Thể dục Thể thao Hà Nội.
