Sau 07 (bảy) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày bên A phát hành hóa đơn tài chính VAT (ngày phát hành hóa đơn là ngày ghi trên hóa đơn) cho bên B nhưng bên B chưa thanh toán dứt điểm cho bên A thì bên B phải chịu thêm tiền lãi trên tổng số tiền chậm trả, tính theo lãi suất trả chậm của ngân hàng Vietcombank TP.HCM vào thời điểm thanh toán nhưng không được trễ hạn thanh toán quá 15 ngày làm việc (kể từ ngày phát hành hóa đơn).
